No, we do not sell by the half, qtr, etc. for beef, pork or lamb. We discontinued selling this way in 2004. Well sell only by the cut. This way we can keep our costs down and offer a better selection. We do offer discounts for large orders.

Yes, we do. We offer a 5% discount for orders over $500. This way you can purchase the items you like and use, and not need to deal with items you do not as in buying a side. You can mix and match anything that we have in stock.

Yes we do. The 10% discount applies to a minimum $500 or more purchase.

Orders can be sent in to us utilizing one of two methods with the following rules being applicable:

  1. The co-op leader or designated individual will send all order(s) in at the same time (referred to as “bulk orders”) and will be considered one big order. If the orders are sent in bulk, the 10% discount will be applied to the total order and the coop can use their own discretion as to how it is dispensed among all members ordering. The order then must be disseminated accordingly to the members ordering by the coop staff. There will be a $5 handling fee added to the total bulk order only.
  2. The co-op leader or designated individual will send in an order with each member listed with the items requested. It must come in one email. The orders will come to the coop individually packaged and named for the each member ordering. Each member will receive the 10% discount. However, with this method, there will be a $5 added fee per customer.

Important: Orders that are for resale use must be made known to us due to requirements for USDA labeled packages.
