No, we do not sell by the half, qtr, etc. for beef, pork or lamb. We discontinued selling this way in 2004. Well sell only by the cut. This way we can keep our costs down and offer a better selection. We do offer discounts for large orders.

Yes, we do. We offer a 10% discount for orders over $500. This way you can purchase the items you like and use, and not need to deal with items you do not as in buying a side. You can mix and match anything that we have in stock.

Yes we do. The 10% discount applies to a minimum $500 or more purchase.

Orders can be sent in to us utilizing one of two methods with the following rules being applicable:

1. The co-op leader or designated individual will send all order(s) in at the same time (referred to as “bulk orders”) and will be one considered one big order. If the orders are sent in bulk, the 10% discount will be applied to the total order and the coop can use their own discretion as to how it is dispensed among all members ordering. The order then must be disseminated accordingly to the members ordering by the coop staff. There will be a $5 handling fee added to the total bulk order only.
2. Individual customers of the coop may also send their orders into us individually and each person ordering individually will receive the 10% discount. The orders will come to the coop individually packaged and named for the person ordering. However, with this method, there will be a $5 added fee per customer.

No. We do believe in organic principles and practice them as best as reasonable. We could go thru the certification process, but it would increase paperwork (We have plenty as it is) therefore adding costs & having less time to do the important things (such as providing quality lifestyle for the animals). We were certified under Certified Naturally Grown (It is a good organization), but let it expire for reduction of paperwork. Frankly, certification would not add anything else to our existing quality.

We do not. We put our emphasis into raising animals and processing meat, but not into agri-tourism. You are free to walk around and check out the farm on your own, we have nothing to hide. This is our commitment to transparency. We just ask that you please stay away from the house and out of buildings. And remember, the animals are not pets and should be respected as such.
